And if you've lived in the Scranton area, you might already have a connection to Brian — maybe you've heard of Manning's ice cream?

Heather, how small is this world? You're searching the web for other Spoonhowers and grew up in Scranton. I never heard the name Spoonhower until I met Dan in college and I grew up just outside of Scranton.

Hey, Heather. It's nice to meet another Spoonhower! The Spoonhowers on this site all grew up around Rochester, NY but are now spread out around the northeast and mid-Atlantic.

It would be fun to find out if our families are related. I'll see if I can dig up some family history (or maybe someone else can volunteer it?).

Hi Fellow Spoonhowers! Every so often I will search the Spoonhower name on Google. Never did I imagine that I would find Camp Spoonhowopic! I am orginally from Scranton, PA but my great grandmother, Lena May Spoonhower, is from Lansdale, PA. I, personally, am not familiar with Spoonhower relatives beyond my immediate family. It would be great to find out if I have relatives at Camp Spoonhowopic, considering I love camping, hiking, and campfires gathering. My email address is spoonhower.h@neu.edu. Please email me with any interesting info :)
