It’s Biz…your camp craft lady. I have a few fun things planned for all those who want to make some classic camp crafts…one activity being tye dying.
(that’s still cool right? HA HA HA..cough)
If you want to dye your tye…please bring a white t-shirt or anything else that is all white and we’ll do it to it!

Hi! I am Kat. I am bringing my yoga mat and xerox copies of the Ashtanga Primary Series illustrated poses (Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara) A & B, Standing Asanas, Seated Asanas, Closing Series). I am not an ‘instructor,’ BUT I will be doing the full Primary Series on Friday and Saturday mornings, if anyone else likes to do yoga/Ashtanga! I will practice in the Mysore style (without ‘instruction,’ each person following the rhythm of his/her own breath) and invite anyone to join!
Even if you don’t do Ashtanga per se and just want to bring a mat or towel and stretch out with some of the poses, please do!
